Order Cancellations

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
• Please ensure all order details — including product selection, design, flavor, name spelling, delivery address, and date — are double-checked before confirming.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds, as each item is specially prepared for you.
• In rare and genuine cases of error from our end (such as a mix-up in the product), please reach out us within 2 hours of delivery With photographs and details. Any resolutions will be at the sole discretion of Amairra’s Patisserie.

No Returns or Exchanges

• Food products, once delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety concerns.
