For as long as she can remember, Amaira found happiness in creating — not just desserts, but memories. Her joy wasn’t just in baking, but in making people feel special through little details, warm gestures, and thoughtful flavours. Without any roadmap, she followed her heart — baking late into the night, learning by doing, and pouring love into every creation.

Soon, her co-sister Niharika, who shared her love for food and creativity, stepped in to support. With a calm presence, steady hands, and an eye for perfection, she helped shape the kitchen into a space of rhythm and beauty. Together, they weren’t just making cakes — they were crafting experiences.

As the love for their work spread beyond close friends and family, so did their dreams. That’s when Jatin, Amaira’s husband, stepped in. With a deep belief in what Amairra’s could become — and while running his own business — he began guiding the brand’s identity, marketing, and long-term vision.

He helped make the dreams bigger for Amairra’s — and clearer.

With growing orders, rave reviews from happy customers, and a wave of trust from the community, it became clear that this little kitchen needed more space to grow. The home kitchen was no longer enough.

That’s when Amairra’s moved into its first commercial base kitchen — a small but significant step that allowed the team to scale while holding on to everything they stood for: freshness, beauty, and soul.

From there, the menu expanded — handcrafted cakes, artisanal cheese platters, high tea offerings, custom hampers, and return favours — all made fresh, and always wrapped in care.

Over time, thousands of customers fell in love with Amairra’s — leaving messages filled with joy, love, and appreciation. These aren’t just reviews — they’re little love notes, proudly shared across Amairra’s Instagram, reminding the team why they do what they do.
